How to Use CBD in Your Daily Routine

Center before that big presentation: Most of us suffer from stage fright but it can be extremely inconvenient when you want to make a good impression in front of your boss or potential clients. With a couple of drops of CBD and some meditation thrown in for good measure, you’ll be prepared to knock it out of the park. It worked in this study where CBD was given to participants right before they gave public speeches.

Ease stomach issues: Whether it’s heartburn from too much lasagna or bloating because you’re having some regularity issues, CBD may be able to help. There is quite a bit of research that points to the ECS as important in maintaining homeostasis in the gut.

Keep your face youthful and acne free: CBD’s anti-bacterial properties may help your skin fend off nasty acne causing bacteria. And, it is an antioxidant which is known for fighting free radicals that speed up aging in the skin.
